Come to Hale Village for Open House London – 16th Sept

Our Hale Village scheme at Tottenham Hale will be part of Open House London on Saturday 16th September 2017.

Open House London is an annual celebration of London’s architecture and design allowing access to over 800 venues across the capital.

Hale Village is one of the largest regeneration projects undertaken in north-east London in recent years. The masterplan was modelled on the successful Hammarby Sjostad eco-urban regeneration in Stockholm, Sweden.

The scheme was constructed in conjunction with architects KSS and Lee Valley Estates, a company with strong local routes that is committed to development throughout the Lee Valley Corridor in north east London. It contains hundreds of new affordable homes, including one, two and three bedroom apartments in a mix of tenures – for Shared Ownership, Key Workers and those on local authority waiting lists. It also contains a large amount of student accommodation and a variety of commercial units and other facilities, including a dialysis centre. The development is also home to Newlon’s HQ.
