Newlon ranked 10th nationally in 24housing magazine’s top 50 landlords

Newlon has been ranked 10th in 24housing magazine’s ranking of the top 50 social landlords nationally.

24housing is one of the top publications for the social housing sector and hundreds of housing associations apply to be considered for the top 50.

The rankings are designed to be “a robust and fair reflection of the housing sector and are based on a range of criteria including a commitment to value for money, community initiative, development, tenant engagement and any other exemplary characteristics,” all of which need to be backed up by examples and statistics. The rankings are independently arrived at by an expert panel.

Our highly successful development programme, effective income collection, community services activities, resident engagement programme, employment of residents in a range of our teams and Gold Investors in People accreditation all contributed to our high ranking.
