Napier Court nominated for LABC Awards

We are pleased that our MEPK Architects are shortlisted at the London LABC Building Excellence Awards 2019, for our Napier Court development.

It has been nominated in three categories: Best High Volume New Housing Development, Best Social or Affordable New Housing Development and Best Inclusive Building.

Napier Court is a 100% affordable homes development comprises 14 one, two and three-bed flats for Affordable Rent, including 3 wheelchair accessible homes, as well as 17 one and two-bed flats for Shared Ownership.

It is built on the site of the former Lord Napier Pub in Goodmayes Lane, Ilford.
