My Newlon is live

Our online self-service portal, My Newlon, is live.

My Newlon allows you to report issues, pay rent and download statements at a time that is convenient for you. If you live on an estate or in one of our larger blocks, you’ll also be able to find information about your building, including recent estate inspections.

Our aim is to constantly improve the experience you have when using online services and we would really welcome your feedback on:

  • The overall look and feel
  • Any issues you encounter
  • Anything you would like to see added to My Newlon in the future

You can do this either by feeding back through the portal itself by clicking on the little yellow star towards the bottom right of the homepage, or alternatively email mynewlon@newlon.org.uk.

To sign up, simply click on the link below and select the option ‘Send me a code’.

Note: To complete the sign up you will need to enter your 5-digit tenancy reference number, which can be found on any letter or rent statement you have received from Newlon.
