Free self-defence & personal safety courses for women & girls taking place in Tottenham Hale during January – February ’23

Sev Necati Training (SNT) in partnership with The Home Cooked Programme is running a free 6 week course for women and girls in self-defence and personal safety taking place in Tottenham Hale during January – February 2023.

This is open to all women and girls who would like to build up confidence and self-worth and learn practical skills in self-defence that empowers them to make positive changes. 

When: Monday 16th January and every Monday until 27th February 2023 (no class during half-term on Monday 13th February).
Time: 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 midday.
Where: Ferry Lane Primary School, Jarrow Road, Haringey, London N17 9PP.
