Important reminder for prepayment meter customers

If you have a prepayment meter installed in your home and have not already done so, don’t forget to redeem any remaining vouchers from the Government’s energy support scheme.
Vouchers have been sent by electricity suppliers to prepayment meter users to provide support from the Government’s Energy Bills Support Scheme.
There are six vouchers, each worth £66/67, providing total support of £400. All vouchers will expire on 30th June.
Vouchers can be redeemed at a PayPoint shop or Post Office, and must be redeemed by 30th June 2023.
Haven’t received your vouchers? Check your mail, texts and e-mail (including spam folders) in case they have been received.
If you can’t find your vouchers or they have expired, or if you have any queries please contact your electricity supplier who will be able to reissue them.
