An information session for Tower Hamlets housing association residents, Shared Owners and leaseholders run by the Housing Ombudsman.

Tower Hamlet residents who are social renters, Shared Owners or leaseholders are invited to join an information event called ‘Ask the Housing Ombudsman’. It will take place at the Town Hall on Monday 23rd October from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Richard Blakeway, from the Housing Ombudsman for England, will be speaking at the event and will provide information on the role of the Housing Ombudsman service and the process you should follow to get complaints about your landlord dealt with effectively.

You will also have the chance to ask the Housing Ombudsman general questions about the service that they provide and how they can help you if you are unhappy about the way your social housing landlord has dealt with your complaint, or where your social housing landlord has not followed their complaints procedure.

Light refreshments will be provided for in-person attendees.

You can attend this event for free in-person or online but you must be registered to attend.
