Newlon Housing Trust
We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our residents a very happy festive break. Please note that our Service Centre will close at 4pm on Tuesday 24th December. If you have emergency after this time, please call 020 7613 8080 and you will be given options to contact contractors who can deal with your repair.

Service Centre staff training – Wednesday 21st February and Tuesday 5th March

Some of our Service Centre staff will be in training on Wednesday 21st February and Tuesday 5th March and as a result of this there are likely to be delays when answering calls.

As an alternative we encourage you to use the My Newlon portal to report issues and pay rent .

However if you have an emergency/urgent repair it’s important that you still call us.
