Urgent repairs only in N17 and delays elsewhere

The N17 postcode is one of the areas where the new South African strain of coronavirus has been detected and additional testing measures have been introduced.
As a precaution we will only be carrying out urgent repairs for residents in this area until further advice and guidance is issued by the Government.
You can still report all repairs but requests for non-urgent repairs will be recorded for the time being and only released for works once further advice has been issued.
Any repairs carried out will continue to follow COVID-secure guidelines. Please follow best practice including maintaining social distancing and wearing a face mask at all times when our operatives are in your home.
In addition our main repairs contractors are also currently experiencing some staffing issues due to coronavirus and the requirement for people to self-isolate.
This means there will be a delay in making appointments or completing some non-urgent repairs. We will still accept any repairs requests but they make take longer to complete than normal and some non-urgent repairs may have later than usual completion dates.
