Executive Assistant to Property Services Director

Description

Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Property Services Directorate and support our Property Services Director and the wider Executive Team, providing them with exceptional PA/Secretarial support and playing a key role in ensuring the department runs as efficiently and effectively as possible.

As well as managing diaries, minuting meetings and preparing reports and presentations to a very high standard, you will also liaise with contractors, consultants and residents about defects and provide assistance with the analysis of satisfaction surveys at the end of cyclical or day to day repairs work.

Having previously worked in a similar role providing secretarial support in a commercially sensitive and confidential environment, you will be an excellent communicator and organiser, able to multi task and work well on your own or within a team.

You will be confident in using programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint and Access and be a competent minute taker with excellent problem solving ability.

In return, you can expect 27 days holiday, a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits and flexi time. You’ll also be working out of purpose-built new offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
