Operational Asset Management Coordinator

Description

Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.
We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Asset Management team.

You will be responsible for overseeing the property/repairs service for Newlon residents and will act as a coordinator between residents, the Asset Management Service Centre, the Service Resolution Team, contractors, and the Property Services repairs function. You will ensure that all repairs are delivered and carried out to a high standard and on time and assist in the smooth running of the service.

With proven experience in a customer-led service environment, you will have excellent administration and customer service skills, demonstrable empathy with the needs of residents and the ability to solve repair related problems quickly and efficiently. Proven IT and database skills are also essential.

Although Newlon is able to offer some posts the benefit of hybrid working, this role is not eligible for that benefit as you will be expected to be in the office at least four days a week.

In return, you can expect 27 days holiday, a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits and a flexi scheme. You’ll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
