Investigations Assistant (part-time)
Description
Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.
Your role will be to assist our Investigations Officer by providing them with an efficient and effective administrative support which will include assisting with legal bundles, serving notices and attending joint visits when necessary.
With a high level of customer service in mind, you will work accurately and with excellent attention to detail ensuring information is maintained confidentially and performance indicators are met. Your calm and friendly nature will ensure you are able to build a good rapport with our residents ensuring they feel heard and that their correspondence is dealt with in a highly professional manner.
You will need to have excellent customer service skills and be willing and able to develop a basic understanding of Housing Law in relation to anti-social behaviour, succession, subletting and other breaches of tenancy. You will be able to work well as part of a team and on your own and you will be able to communicate with empathy and confidence.

Salary: £14,219 per annum plus opportunity to earn up to 5% performance related bonus
Hours: 17.5hrs hours per week (3.5hrs in the office each day- timings flexible)
