Hale Village Summer Party a success!

Hale Village Summer Party - honey makingThis year’s Hale Village Summer Party was a fantastic success.

Hundreds of residents and their families came along to the Hale Village Summer Party on Saturday 8th August. Organised by the Engine Room, community groups and residents, with part-funding from Newlon, it was a big success on a sunny day.

Staff from both our Resident Involvement and Community Services teams set up stalls to promote their support and employment advice work and ways to get involved with Newlon.

There was a host of other activities on the day, Living Under One Sun (LUOS) provided some very tasty food and we announced the Balconies in Bloom competition winners:
