Applications Manager

Description

Join Newlon Housing Trust as our Applications Manager – Lead on our Dynamics 365 online Migration Project.

Are you passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive positive change in the housing sector? Do you thrive on leading transformative projects and have expertise in Dynamics 365? If so, Newlon Housing Trust has an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as an Applications Manager, where you will spearhead the migration to Dynamics online, undertaking a full redesign from the existing on-premises version.

Newlon Housing Trust is a forward-thinking housing association committed to providing high-quality homes and exceptional services to our residents. With over 50 years of experience in the sector, we strive to create thriving communities that empower individuals and contribute to their overall well-being. As we embrace the digital era, we are embarking on an ambitious digitalisation agenda which includes migration to Dynamics 365 online, coupled with Microsoft Portals/Power Pages.

As our Applications Manager, you will manage the development, improvement and support of Newlon’s core business applications. These form a key part of the Digital and IT Strategies. You will also be responsible for data management and data improvement within the core business systems, ensuring that they are administered correctly and in line with vendor recommendations.

Experienced in the management, administration and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-prem or online), you will be confident in the reviewing of application use and the management of an applications support function. Your technical competencies will also include application interfacing, Housing Management Systems, CRM or equivalent core operational database system configuration, and you will have first class team management experience, ideally in charge of applications specialists. Good planning and organisational skills are also essential.

In return, you can expect 27 days holiday, 8% non-contributory pension, excellent benefits and a flexi scheme. We currently offer the opportunity to work up to 3 days at home (depending on the role).  You’ll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
