The Building Safety Team will be responsible for ensuring that the building safety records are kept up to date, ensuring that change control properly takes safety into consideration and that all details are recorded, creating and reviewing the safety case, and acting as the liaison with the regulatory agency/agencies and reporting incidents and escalations to the relevant person.
