Data Officer (Apprentice)

Description

Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and competent individual with good IT skills to join our Property Services Team and carry out a range of duties to support an effective and efficient repairs service to all Newlon residents.

You will be responsible for extracting data from Dynamics, CX and other Property Service IT systems, ensuring all component replacements and costs are recorded and reconciled and maintaining a full suite of property key performance indicators, to assist in the smooth running of the Service.

With proven data entry experience and IT skills at an intermediate level or above, you will be willing to learn how to use new applications and apply these in your role. You will have experience of working in a customer-led service environment and therefore have first class customer service and communication skills and an ability to express yourself clearly.

If you are interested in starting your career with a major housing provider, this could be the role for you!

In return, you can expect 27 days holiday, a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits and a flexi scheme. We currently offer the opportunity to work up to three days at home (depending on the role).  You’ll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.

Online assessments will be held between Wednesday 25 and Tuesday 31 October 2023
