Decants Project Manager (FTC until 31 March 2025)
Description
Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.
We have an opportunity for an experienced manager to lead our Decants, Disposals and Void Services.
In this ambassador role, you will promote the highest standards of resident service across Newlon and help us to deliver on our goals to increase resident satisfaction. You will be instrumental in establishing positive relationships between Newlon and our residents through challenging circumstances. You will also be responsible for the delivery of the Corporate Planned Disposal Programme, manage all temporary and permanent decant work streams to ensure properties are turned around quickly, and establish a team culture where results are achieved.
With proven project management experience in the delivery of large and complex work programmes and experience of working with residents during challenging circumstances, you will have first class customer service skills and a good understanding of the social housing/private renting sector. You will demonstrate empathy with the needs of residents and a genuine commitment to resolving issues, as well as the ability to successfully deliver results in void and re-let processes or a housing management setting.

Salary: £52,731 per annum plus opportunity to earn up to 5% performance related bonus
Hours: 35 hours per week
