Description

Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and organised Graduate to join our friendly team and gain vital experience in a housing association setting.

You will provide support to the Leasehold Sales team and also provide an excellent customer service throughout all leasehold sales transactions and activities. Your duties will include updating and maintaining the Leasehold Sales database, liaising effectively with managing agents, surveyors, solicitors and lenders, as well as liaising with other departments including housing and finance.

With a relevant degree at 2.2 level or above, or the equivalent, you will have first class customer service skills and experience of dealing efficiently and effectively with members of the public.
