Senior Human Resources Advisor

Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.

We have an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team and provide comprehensive and customer-focused human resources advice and guidance to managers and staff . Your main focus will be employee relations, payroll and onboarding, as well as supervising the day-to-day activities of an HR Administrator.

CIPD qualified to at least Level 5, or with experience to an equivalent level, you will have proven experience in all areas of the human resources function, and a good understanding of current employment issues relating to, for example, performance management, absence management and grievance. First class customer service and communication skills are essential, along with strong attention to detail and a good understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion.

In return, you can expect 27 days holiday, a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits and a flexi scheme.   We currently offer the opportunity to work up to 3 days at home (depending on the role).  You’ll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
