Services for communal areas

  • How can I request estate improvements?

    If you would like to request estate improvements these should be detailed and submitted to us by emailing customerservice@newlon.org.uk. We will normally contact you within 10 working days to let you know how we are progressing your request. Improvements are prioritised on the basis of how many people they benefit and their impact in addressing issues such as ASB and security.

  • How do I report inadequate cleaning standards where I live?

    If you feel there are issues with cleaning standards please contact our Service Centre or email customerservice@newlon.org.uk. We will be able to inform you when the cleaner is next attending or, if necessary, contact the cleaner to resolve the issue.

  • How do I report an issue with gardening or grounds maintenance?

    If you feel there are issues with your communal garden or its upkeep then please contact our Service Centre or email customerservice@newlon.org.uk. We will take details of the issue and report it to the right contractor to resolve.

  • What if signage needs fixing or replacing?

    If you spot a damaged or missing sign then please contact our Service Centre or email customerservice@newlon.org.uk, so we can arrange a replacement sign.

  • What should I do if someone has an overgrown garden?

    If another tenant has an overgrown garden then please contact our Service Centre or email customerservice@newlon.org.uk and we will come and take a look. Once we have inspected we will write to the tenant. We will follow up to check that the garden is tidy when we are next in the area.
