These are external decorations that we make to our properties as part of a rolling programme. The timescales and extent of the programme varies depending on where you live and what type of building it is.

Stock investment and planned works

We are committed to ensuring our homes meet the government’s Decent Homes Standard. This includes making sure our properties are in a reasonable state of repair, have reasonably modern facilities and services, and provide a reasonable degree of thermal comfort. We regularly survey our stock and carry out a programme of improvements which includes repairing and replacing kitchens, windows and electrics, to ensure our homes meet the required standard.
