Patchworks

Work has started on the new Patchworks development. The former Homebase site in Walthamstow, Waltham Forest will have a total of 580 energy efficient homes when completed. Newlon is providing 142 Affordable Rent and 86 Shared Ownership homes within Patchworks.
This scheme is due for completion in March 2025.
Alma

This forms part of the regeneration of a former council estate. The master plan includes around 1000 new homes, a youth centre, a community hall, a gym, a health centre and local shops. On completion, there will be 199 Shared Ownership, 200 rented and approximately 600 private homes. Newlon have already provided 54 Shared Ownership homes and 21 Affordable Rent properties within this new development.
During this part of the project, Newlon will provide 28 Shared Ownership and 7 Affordable Rent homes. Due for completion date at the end of 2024.
Belmont Street

The project is a new residential development located Belmont Street in Camden, north London. The development features three blocks made up of 26 Intermediate Rent and London Affordable Rent apartments.
Due for completion at the end of September 2024.
New Avenue

These new homes form part of a larger development in the Oakwood area of Enfield. Built in partnership with Countryside Properties and marketed under the name of Cassia, there will be 30 Shared Ownership properties made up of 18 two bedroom and 12 one bedroom apartments.
This project is due for completion at the end of 2024.
5 Bressey Avenue

Situated close to the New River in Enfield, within an established residential area, 5 Bressay Avenue is being redeveloped to provide six affordable rent homes.
Due for completion in mid-September 2024.
Acorn House

Borough: Camden
Acorn house will replace an existing 1960s office block, which formerly housed the National Union of Journalists in the highly desirable Bloomsbury Conservation Area of Camden. The nine story building will feature reclaimed bricks to create a decorative brickwork façade in keeping with the local area. When completed it will provide 19 homes for Affordable Rent and 14 homes for Intermediate Rent.
Due for completion by the end of 2025.
Coppice Wood Lodge

Borough: Enfield
Coppice Wood Lodge, a disused care home in Grove Road, Arnos Grove will be demolished to make way for a new development that will provide 40 apartments; 12 for Affordable Rent and 28 for Shared Ownership. There will also be five houses for market sale.
Due for completion mid 2026.
