About Newlon

Newlon Housing Trust has a long and successful track record building new affordable homes and improving services for residents. We are proud of our work supporting and regenerating communities and have ambitious plans going forward.

We currently provide 8,000 homes across north and east London and are progressing well with our plans to develop a further 2,000 between 2013 and 2022. For many years we have been one of London’s top developing housing associations.

This includes our innovative partnership with Arsenal FC and Islington Council in the ‘Arsenal on the move’ project, one of Europe’s largest recent regeneration schemes. We are also partners in a number of major projects to transform Tottenham, including the award winning regeneration of Hale Village, where we have built 542 new affordable homes as well as our purpose-built offices.

As well as our plans for growth we are continually working to improve the services we provide to residents through our service delivery model, ‘Newlon Gold’.
